2. Data We Collect
The contact form collects your name, email, subject and message. The waitlist stores your email, language, country reported by the network service and IP address to manage your request and prevent abuse. The site also loads Google Analytics and Google Fonts, which may receive technical browsing data.
3. Purpose of Processing
We use contact requests to answer your questions and waitlist data to manage interest in updates and API access. Google Analytics is used to measure site usage.
4. Legal Basis
We process your data based on your consent, which you give by voluntarily submitting the contact form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
5. Data Retention
Contact requests are sent by email. Waitlist data is stored in the platform database. You can request retention information or deletion of your data at hello@ganhar.pt.
6. Cookies & Local Storage
The site uses session and security cookies, a language preference cookie and local storage for interface preferences. The Google Analytics integration may use measurement cookies. Your language preference is sent to the server as you browse the site.

How are probabilities calculated?
Models analyse historical data, recent form, Elo ratings and other statistics available before each match.
Are predictions guaranteed?
No. A probability is an estimate, not a guarantee. Football is unpredictable and any result can occur.
Is Ganhar.pt a bookmaker?
No. We are a football statistical analysis platform and do not accept bets. Use the information responsibly.
